Located on the northeast corner of Brandy Pond in Naples, ME, the Winsor Green Condominium Association is the home or vacation home to 38 residences. Founded in 1988, Winsor Green offers its member families a mix of amenities for both summer and winter enjoyment.
A combination of townhome designs including freestanding and two-unit buildings offering a range of living options that will suit a variety of situations. Most units include a deeded boat slip and all enjoy access to our beach front and grassy grounds offering exceptional views of Brandy Pond.
Brandy Pond sits between Long Lake to the north and Sebago Lake to the south, the latter of which is accessible via the Songo River and the Songo Locks. Taken together, these waterways offer nearly 25 miles of navigable waterway.
